Only Canadian supplier to receive recognition

Winnipeg, MB — May 19, 2005 – Vita Health Products, one of the largest manufacturers of over the counter medications and natural health products in Canada, announces that it received the Look of a Leader Award for 2004 from Bayer Corporation, recognizing premier supplier performance to Bayer’s Health Care division last year.

Bayer honoured Vita Health Products and 12 other suppliers from among thousands providing the company with more than $5 billion in raw materials, services and supplies for its polymers, chemicals, crop science and health care businesses.  The awardees, representing a variety of businesses, were chosen for meeting Bayer’s rigorous quality, performance, technology and cost criteria.  Bayer recognized Vita Health Products for its excellence in contract manufacturing.
