Through these initiatives, our team continues to demonstrate our values of empowerment, collaboration and the spirit of giving that are central to our culture.

Our employees also donated $1,500 CAD to Christmas Cheer Board to support their annual holiday food hamper program.

Environmental Sustainability

A Lower Carbon Future

GHG Emissions

We have taken meaningful steps in our climate strategy by successfully quantifying our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, establishing a clear and reliable baseline for managing our environmental impact.

Building on this achievement, we launched our Scope 3 assessment to address value chain and lifecycle emissions, significantly expanding the breadth of our sustainability efforts. We also set a bold target to improve energy efficiency by 20% within three years, reinforcing our commitment to operational excellence and responsible resource management.

Together, these actions mark meaningful progress in reducing emissions, strengthening resilience, and delivering long-term value while advancing toward a lower-carbon future.

Design for Circularity

Waste Reduction

We are taking a thoughtful, structured approach to waste reduction by incorporating Design for Circularity (DfC) principles. Our product packaging is being progressively redesigned in line with established design guidelines to improve recyclability and support a more circular end-of-life pathway.

Commitment to Safety Standards

We are proud that we have been officially recognized by Made Safe MB and have successfully achieved certification. This milestone reflects our strong commitment to maintaining a safe, healthy, and responsible workplace, and reinforces our dedication to upholding the highest standards in our operations.
